2. What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects and material flaws.
Installation and mounting issues.
Color distortion caused by factory defects (not usage).
Malfunction of accessories and mechanical parts (hinges, lift systems, drawer rails).
Insulation problems in UPVC and alumetal windows and doors.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
Normal wear and tear from daily use.
Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters (fire, flooding).
Modifications or repairs made by parties other than the company.
Natural color change of wood over time.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact us by phone or through the contact form on our website.
Provide your contract or project invoice number.
Describe the issue in detail with photos if possible.
Our team will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule an inspection.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, repair or replacement will be done free of charge.
5. After-Sales Service
Even after your warranty period expires, we offer maintenance services at preferential rates for all our clients. We believe the relationship with our client doesn't end at project delivery.
